Since raising our INR 1350Cr Fund I, we’ve partnered with exceptional founders building across technology and tech-enabled sectors. With offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru, Sorin continues to back category-defining companies emerging from India, for India and the world.

We’ve continued to strengthen our team across both Mumbai and Bengaluru offices, welcoming Shree Vardhan, Alok Anand Patra, and Sumedh Deshpande. Their addition deepens our ability to support founders not just with capital but with hands-on insights, networks, and functional depth.

Market Pulse - AI reshaping every industry:

Across sectors, AI continues to reshape business models, with Enterprise Tech, Consumer Brands, Fintech, and Healthcare each seeing distinct shifts in adoption, growth levers, and emerging opportunities.

Over the past year, AI has become the core engine of transformation across sectors. From fintech risk models and AI-led lending to personalized healthcare diagnostics, consumer intelligence, and manufacturing automation, the impact is tangible. India is transitioning from being an adopter of AI to an exporter of AI-native products, with companies increasingly building “India-to-Global” solutions.

AI today is not just a feature- it’s an efficiency and capability multiplier. In Enterprise Tech, we see adoption shift from general-purpose tools to workflow-embedded AI, improving ROI and retention. Security and privacy remain top-of-mind, with enterprises investing in AI security across authorization, model monitoring, red teaming, and runtime protection. As models get stronger, and enterprises mature in adoption, the next decade will likely belong to AI-first vertical products and infrastructure platforms born in India, scaled globally.

New Portfolio Additions:

We now have a strong portfolio of nine stellar founding teams each building in distinctive, high-impact categories across Enterprise Tech, AI, B2B Tech, Consumer, and Financial Services.
